At SilverHollow Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-crafted pieces. If your selection isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit; please ensure all original certificates are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
